What this notice covers
This notice covers the Concision website only. Our products, such as Nudge, have their own privacy notices that apply when you use them.
What we collect and why
We keep this site simple, and that goes for data too.
- Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device and only gives us aggregated figures. We cannot identify you from it.
- Hosting and security logs. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare holds these logs briefly under its own privacy policy.
- Email. If you email us we receive your name, your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and to deal with what you asked. We keep it for as long as that takes, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us.
Our legal basis for all of this is our legitimate interest in running a website, keeping it secure and answering the people who contact us.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies.
Who we share it with
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and provides the analytics. Our email provider stores the messages you send us. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
- correct it
- delete it
- restrict how we use it
- stop using it where we rely on legitimate interests
- provide it to you in a portable form
Email hello@concision.io and we will respond within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page if anything changes and revise the date at the top.
